Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all purchases and services provided by FullFine Services.

1. The Seller

The seller is FullFine Services, a registered business in Spain. For full legal identification, see the Legal Notice.

2. Our Products

We sell digital products and services:

2.1 DigIN Framework

Backend software distributed under perpetual license. As a digital product, special refund conditions apply (see section 4).

2.2 DigIN Partner Bundles (DJ/Label)

These are 2-year service packages with a one-time payment. They include platform access, profile verification, and data management.

3. Payments and Delivery

3.1 How to Pay

  • We process payments via bank transfer. After completing your order, you'll receive an invoice with payment details within 24 hours.
  • Payment terms: 30 calendar days from invoice date.
  • Once we verify your payment, we'll deliver your product within 1-3 business days.

3.2 How You Receive Your Purchase

  1. Confirmation: You'll receive an email with the invoice and payment details within 24 hours of placing your order.
  2. Payment: You have 30 calendar days to complete the bank transfer.
  3. Framework: Once payment is verified, we'll send you an invitation to our private GitLab repository within 1-3 business days.
  4. Partner Bundles: Once payment is verified, you'll receive an activation code by email within 1-3 business days.

3.3 Pricing and Taxes

  • Prices are in Euros (EUR).
  • If you buy from Spain/EU: The final price includes the corresponding VAT.
  • If you buy from outside the EU: We don't charge VAT, but check if your country applies local taxes.

3.4 Invoicing

  • The invoice is issued within 24 hours of order placement.
  • The invoice includes bank details for payment.
  • Payment terms are 30 calendar days from the invoice date.
  • Invoice data is retained for 7 years per Spanish tax requirements.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 For the Framework (Digital Product)

By purchasing, you waive your right of withdrawal once you access the GitLab repository. The sale becomes final the moment you clone or view the source code (per Art. 16(m) EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Please verify this is what you need before accessing.

4.2 For Partner Bundles (Services)

You have 14 days to request a refund, as long as we haven't started the verification work on your profiles. Once verification begins, the service is considered delivered.

5. Usage Licenses

5.1 Code

By purchasing the framework, you acquire the right to use it in your commercial projects, but you cannot redistribute the framework itself.

6. General Conditions

  • By purchasing, you agree to use the software legally and not share your account or licenses with third parties.
  • If we detect that the code is being shared illegally or the service is being abused, we reserve the right to cancel access without refund.
  • Products are provided for professional use. No guarantee of specific commercial outcomes is made.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.

7. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or our service, you may file a complaint:

  1. Send an email to hello@digin.club describing the issue.
  2. You will receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours.
  3. We will resolve your complaint within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

If the resolution is not satisfactory, you may resort to the EU ODR platform or the courts of Barcelona.

9. Online Dispute Resolution

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform. If you have a complaint that we haven't been able to resolve directly, you can access this platform at:
