DigIN Platform Access Agreement

This Agreement is between you ('User') and FullFine Services ('Provider') regarding access to the DigIN music platform ('Platform').
1. Access Plans
This Agreement applies to:
1.1 DJ Partner Bundle (€250 / 2 years)
- • For individual artists, DJs, and producers
- • Personal/professional use
- • Single user account
- • Artist-level features and analytics
1.2 Label Partner Bundle (€500 / 2 years)
- • For record labels, collectives, and organizations
- • 2 Premium licenses included
- • Verified badges for label + up to 5 artists
- • We maintain profiles for label + 5 artists
- • Collective visibility and label brand highlighting
2. Grant of Access
Provider grants User access to the Platform for:
- • Duration: 2 years from activation date
- • Account Type: As specified in purchase (Artist or Label)
- • Features: As described on product page at time of purchase
3. Account Activation
- • After placing your order, you'll receive an invoice with payment details within 24 hours
- • Payment terms are 30 calendar days from the invoice date
- • Once payment is verified, you'll receive a unique activation code via email within 1-3 business days
- • Use the code to create your account and set your credentials
4. Permitted Use
4.1 DJ Partner Bundle
- ✅ Upload and manage your music
- ✅ Create and share DJ sets
- ✅ Engage with fans and other artists
- ✅ Access analytics for your content
- ✅ Promotional features for your releases
4.2 Label Partner Bundle
- ✅ All DJ Partner Bundle features
- ✅ Manage up to 5 artists under your label
- ✅ Label-wide analytics and reporting
- ✅ Catalog management
- ✅ Enhanced promotional features
- ✅ Collective/label visibility features
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may NOT:
- ❌ Share your account credentials
- ❌ Upload copyrighted content without rights
- ❌ Use bots or automated systems
- ❌ Spam or harass other users
- ❌ Manipulate metrics or engagement
- ❌ Use Platform for illegal activities
- ❌ Scrape or extract data systematically
- ❌ Circumvent access restrictions
6. Content Rights
6.1 Your Content
- • You retain all rights to content you upload
- • You grant Platform license to display, distribute, and promote your content
- • You represent that you have rights to all uploaded content
6.2 Platform Content
- • Platform UI, features, and content owned by Provider
- • Other users' content protected by their copyrights
- • You may not download or redistribute others' content without permission
7. Platform Changes
Provider reserves the right to:
- • Modify features and functionality
- • Add or remove features
- • Update user interface
- • Change pricing for new subscribers (existing users unaffected)
- • Discontinue Platform (with 90 days notice)
8. Account Suspension/Termination
8.1 By Provider
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- • You violate this Agreement
- • You violate Platform community guidelines
- • Your payment was fraudulent
- • Required by law
- • Extreme technical issues occur
8.2 By User
- • You may request account deletion at any time
- • Refunds available within 14 days from purchase date. After 14 days, all access is final.
- • Your content will be removed upon termination
- • Option to export your data before deletion
9. Renewal
9.1 Access Expiration
- • After 2 years, your account access expires
- • Your public profile remains visible on the platform with existing content
- • Premium features locked: verification badge, analytics, priority updates, account dashboard
9.2 Renewal Terms
- • Renewal pricing may differ from original purchase
- • Renewal extends access for additional 2 years
- • Early renewal: extends from original expiration date
9.3 No Auto-Renewal
- • We do NOT automatically charge renewals
- • You must manually purchase renewal
- • We'll send reminder emails before expiration (60, 30, 7 days)
10. Data and Privacy
- • Your data handled per our Privacy Policy
- • We collect usage analytics to improve Platform
- • You can export your data at any time
- • Upon account deletion: private account data removed within 30 days
11. Support
- • Email support throughout access period
- • Response time: 24-48 business hours
- • Support covers: account issues, bugs, feature questions
- • No phone support available
12. Service Level
- • Target uptime: 99% (excluding maintenance)
- • Scheduled maintenance announced 48h in advance
- • No compensation for temporary outages
- • Platform provided 'as is'

14. No Warranties
Platform provided 'AS IS' without warranties. We do not guarantee:
- • Uninterrupted service
- • Error-free operation
- • Specific results (followers, plays, etc.)
- • Compatibility with all devices
- • Permanent feature availability
15. Limitation of Liability
Provider not liable for:
- • Loss of content or data
- • Business losses
- • Indirect or consequential damages
- • Third-party actions on Platform
Maximum liability: Amount paid for access
16. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
17. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement regarding Platform access.
