Can we add more than 3 artists?

How do we activate the service?
Step 1: You'll receive activation codes via email within 1-3 business days after payment verification — use them to unlock Premium features on DigIN.
Step 2: Reply to the email (or reach out on WhatsApp) with your artist details (artist names and profile links) to start the verification process. Full setup takes up to 7 business days.
Is the invoice valid for tax deduction?
Yes. After purchase, an invoice with VAT breakdown is always sent, suitable for expense deduction in the EU.
What happens when the 2 years expire?
After 2 years, only collective visibility (featured placement, promotional content, and analytics) lapses unless you renew. Everything else continues: label and artist verification, profile management, early access to new features, direct support, 2× lifetime DigIN Premium, and the Founding Supporter badge. The moment of entry doesn't expire.
Can we get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer rights), as long as the verification work hasn't started. After this period or once verification begins, no refunds are available.
