DigIN Premium is live and continuously growing. Discovery and listening features are available from day one. Some advanced tools — such as saving and exporting collections, alerts, and artist redistribution — are rolling out progressively, and the lifetime edition includes them as they arrive.
How do I activate the service after purchase?
Step 1: An activation code arrives by email within 1-3 business days after payment verification, to start using DigIN Premium.
Step 2: Just reply to the email (or reach out on WhatsApp) with the main profile links to start verification. Setup takes up to 7 business days.
What happens after 2 years?
After 2 years, only featured visibility (placement and promotional content) lapses unless renewed. Everything else continues: verification, profile management, access to new features, direct support, lifetime DigIN Premium, and the Founding Supporter badge — the moment of entry doesn't expire.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer rights), as long as the verification work hasn't started. After this period or once verification begins, no refunds are available.
