Framework License Agreement

1. License Grant

Upon payment confirmation, Licensor grants Licensee a:

• • Non-exclusive license
• • Non-transferable license
• • Perpetual license (no expiration)
• • Commercial use permitted

to use, modify, and create derivative works from the Software.

2. What You CAN Do

• ✅ Use the Software for commercial projects
• ✅ Modify and customize the code for your needs
• ✅ Create applications using the framework
• ✅ Deploy unlimited projects using the framework
• ✅ Use in client projects (as part of your service)

3. What You CANNOT Do

• ❌ Resell or redistribute the framework itself
• ❌ Sublicense the framework to others
• ❌ Share GitLab repository access with non-licensees
• ❌ Create competing framework products
• ❌ Remove or modify copyright notices
• ❌ Claim the framework as your own creation

4. Ownership

• • Licensor retains all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Software
• • You own the applications you create using the Software
• • You own any custom code you add to the Software

5. Updates and Support

Updates:

• • 6 months of framework updates included
• • Access to future versions released during update period
• • After 6 months: optional paid update plan available
• • Updates are provided as-is, no obligation to update

Support:

• • 30 days of email support included from purchase date
• • Response time: 24-48 business hours
• • Support covers: installation, basic usage, bug reports
• • Does NOT cover: custom development, training, consulting

After support period:

• • Extended support packages available (optional)
• • Community support via Discord/GitHub
• • Documentation and guides available indefinitely

6. Delivery

• • After placing your order, you'll receive an invoice with payment details within 24 hours
• • Payment terms are 30 calendar days from the invoice date
• • Once payment is verified, you'll be granted access to the private GitLab repository within 1-3 business days
• • Complete source code
• • Documentation and setup guides

7. Standard License

• • One license purchase per company
• • Up to 10 developers in your organization can use it
• • Consultant/contractor access: allowed for your projects only
• • Cannot resell or redistribute the framework

8. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

Licensor does not warrant that:

• • Software will be error-free
• • Software will meet your specific requirements
• • Software will be compatible with all systems
• • Software will be maintained indefinitely

9. Limitation of Liability

Licensor shall not be liable for:

• • Any damages arising from use of the Software
• • Loss of profits or data
• • Business interruption
• • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability: Amount paid for the license (€300)

10. Termination

This license terminates if you:

• • Violate any terms of this agreement
• • Redistribute the Software
• • Use Software for illegal purposes

Upon termination:

• • You must cease using the Software
• • Delete all copies in your possession
• • Applications already deployed may continue running

11. Transfer

This license is non-transferable. You cannot sell, assign, or transfer this license to another party.

12. Governing Law

This License is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

13. Entire Agreement

This License, together with the Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement regarding the Software.
