Legal Notice

Transparency first: who we are and the rules of this website.

Last updated: January 12, 2025

1. Who's behind this?

FullFine Services is not an anonymous corporation. It's the trade name for our professional activity:

Owner: Ignacio Estaún Dubra
Tax ID: 48087080Z
Address: Calle Pau Claris, 08037 Barcelona, España
Direct contact: fullfine.services@gmail.com
Website: https://fullfine-services.com
Activity: Software development, license sales, and digital services.

2. The purpose of this website

This website is our digital storefront. Here we present our products (Frameworks) and services (DigIN Licenses). If you decide to buy something, the Terms of Service will apply; while you're just browsing, these basic rules apply.

3. Website usage

We don't like complicated rules. We just ask that you use this website with common sense:

  • Browse in good faith (don't try to break the website).
  • Respect intellectual property (the code and texts are ours).
  • If you see something that doesn't work, let us know by email.

4. Intellectual Property

The design, source code of this website, and texts are property of FullFine Services. They took effort to create, so please don't copy them without permission.

5. Website Operation

We try to keep the website always available and secure (we use Shopify and modern servers), but technology sometimes fails. We can't guarantee that the internet will work 100% 24 hours a day.

This website may contain links to trusted platforms (such as PayPal, Shopify, or GitLab). We don't control what happens on their servers, although we only work with secure providers.

6. Changes

If we change our address or email, we'll update this page. Check this occasionally if you need to contact us legally.

7. Applicable Law

We are a registered business in Spain, so we're governed by Spanish law.

If there's any serious problem, we'll try to resolve it by talking. If that's not possible, the competent courts would be those of Barcelona.

8. Dispute resolution (EU)

The European Commission offers a platform to resolve disputes online without going to court:
